About Hogwarts.
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is an RPG-type interactive website which allows interested students to apply for application, then take classes, chat with other students and professors, participate in clubs, earn house points and more. Unlike other schools, we are not a forum-based RPG, which means you will be acting in character throughout the website. Students are more than welcome, however, to role-play in the Great Hall forum, as well as their common room forums.
Because the various activities within the school require efficiency and responsibility in order for it to run seamlessly we are typically aimed at a higher age group. Myself along with the other professors expect perfect behavior from students. Therefore we accept only the best applications, so if you are considering applying, please make sure to do so to the best of your ability, and entirely in character. If we have a full team of students and professors that are participating to the best of their ability, then Hogwarts can operate, as mentioned before, seamlessly.
Hogwarts was first opened on June 6, 2004. We had a wonderous staff and very active students, whom many became friends throughout the year. Although there were bumps along the way, it was certainly a rewarding experience and I looked forward to starting it again someday. The goal of this site is to unite young people who have a similar interest in Hogwarts itself and wish to experience it first-hand. What I would like to see most out of the school is the creation of new friendships, as well as a pleasant experience here at Hogwarts.
